What to expect at this Glenelg Beach Asia Street Food event?

With a lovely weather forecast of above 30 degrees for 17 to 19 February this year, Asia Oasis is looking forward to welcome patrons from all walks of life, Adelaideans as well as interstate and oversea visitors, to Glenelg Foreshore. 

As you walk from Jetty Road onto Glenelg Foreshore, you will see more than a dozen Balinese huts situated on Jimmy Melrose Park where hundreds of stunning Hoi An lanterns will form its own lantern garden, and will be displayed on various structures. You may find yourself attached into our rich cultural performing arts program, as well as the music that you cannot resist the temptation of dancing along.

You can expect that there are more than 100 different authentic dishes of Asia street food to be served on Glenelg beach. Special drinks that can be found on various streets in Asia will also be served at this event.

There will be a variety of special dishes offered at Filipino, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Indonesian, Indian, Malaysian, Singaporean, Sri Lankan, Chinese, and Balinese these food stalls. If you come to this event, but find it difficult to choose which dish(es) to go with, please visit our Infodesk (also known as Service Hut) for tips and suggestions.
