Sugbahan by L&R’s humble beginnings can be traced all the way back to 2023. Armed with a brilliant idea and a shared love for food, founders Lori and Raizza Atillo, built a business making classic Filipino favourites in Adelaide. The products were incredibly well-received, praised for its authentic taste and premium quality. Sugbahan by L&R’s signature and best-seller, Cebu Lechon, has been Lori’s prime family business for three generations, making it a staple in many Filipino households. The original recipe was created by her grandma, Mama Ely, and was passed on to her mother Mommy Liza. Wanting nothing more than for the legacy to live on and prosper, Lori and Raizza dreamt big and brought the very same traditional Cebu Lechon to Australia not just for their fellow Filipinos, but for everyone else so they may all experience the scrumptious and savoury flavours of the Philippines.
