This classical Cambodian dance group, ‘Santipheap Apsara Amatak’, holds a special place in the hearts of many Cambodian in South Australia. It was established by the wonderful members of the Cambodian temple, Wat Khmer Santipheap of South Australia, located in Paralowie. Being the only classical dance troupe in South Australia it fills them with pride and gratitude for the opportunity to share their culture.
The devoted dance troupe is made up entirely of volunteers, each one deeply passionate about preserving and celebrating the rich beauty of Cambodian culture through the arts.
