Consisting of a few dozens of retired people from China, most of whom are in their sixties, the Troupe was established in 2017 with the aim not only for self entertainment but also for serving the local communities in South Australia with different types of typical Chinese performing arts. Under the Troup there are quite a few subodinate teams specially for singing, dancing as well as instrument playing. With more and more talented people joining the troupe, both the quality and the diversity of the performance have been improved by great deal in the past a few years and the troupe therefore has been involved more often than before in major events in South Australia as well as in the cultural activities for local communities.
