These conditions apply to everyone who enters an Asia Oasis festival or event site (the “Event”). “Asia Oasis”, “we” and “us” mean the organiser. By entering, you accept these conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not enter.

1. Entry and registration

1.1      Entry is free unless a ticketed or paid experience is advertised. Paid workshops and experiences have their own terms.

1.2      Entry is a revocable licence and is subject to capacity. We may pause or stop entry when capacity is reached, or for safety or any other reason in these conditions.

1.3      Registration is optional and enters you into the door prize draw. Prize draws are subject to separate terms displayed at the registration point and to applicable law.

1.4      We collect and use your personal information, such as your email address, as set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website and at the registration point. We send marketing messages only if you opt in separately, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

7. Photography, filming and recording

7.1      Photos, video and audio are recorded at the Event. Crowds and attendees may appear in them. We and our partners and sponsors may use them for promotion in any media, including our website and social media.

7.2      By entering, you consent to this. If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, tell staff or the photographer and we will make reasonable efforts to respect that.

7.3      A parent or guardian gives this consent for a child in their care. Tell us if you do not want a child filmed or photographed.

7.4      Photography for personal, non-commercial use is welcome. Professional equipment, commercial recording, live streaming and drones need our written approval. Recording of performances for commercial use is not permitted.
