– Singapore Hokkien Mee: Fresh squid, prawn broth, and sambal chilli.
– Chai Tau Kway: Fried radish cake, black or white, with a twist of prawns.
– Bak Chor Mee: Mee pok noodles, braised mushrooms, crispy pork lard, and a side of sambal.
